Because of the diverse nature of Los Angeles' architecture, culture and population, it's difficult to pin down something as being quintessential, or even typical, to LA. Keeping that in mind, I'm making an effort to find things that everyone in Los Angeles sees and can identify with in one way or another. In this series, I've tried to focus on the way nature (palm trees, clouds, sunsets) interacts with LA's sprawling infrastructure (roads, street lamps, telephone poles, etc.).
